Marden Senior College Exhibition - 2015 


Marden Senior College, Adelaide,  South Australia is where I teach Certificate 3/4 in Art Textiles. 
We are taking enrolments now for 2016 if you are interested.

Below is some of the textile works selected for the exhibition.

Teaching "Creating New Fabric"

Yesterday I taught a class at Sue's Sewing World here in Adelaide.

They neaarly completed the background fabric - creating their own unquie raw edge strip piecing. Next week the students will add their motifs to complete their new textile works using these methods. The students enjoyed their day as I did too.

"Flowers Always" exhibition opening

A wonderful night was held by all. 
Exhibition continues at Gallery M, Marion Cultural Centre, Adelaide.
Dates: 10 July - 2 August 2015
Artist Talk: Sunday 12 July 2pm at the Gallery.

"Flowers Always" - Exibition

Tonight, 10 July at 7pm (opening hours for night are 5pm - 8pm) is the opening of my exhibition "Flowers Always" at Gallery M , Marion, Adelaide, South Australia. Below are a couple of photos getting organized for the exhibition.

Sunrise

Travelling in OZ

These are some interesting texture photos that I took on our last trip on the way to Melbourne of a 1920's fountain. I loved it!
