More Embellishment
Braids and fringes
From my students in their embellishment course
The students have to experiment with different materials to make creative braids and fringes
I think these are great - now how could they use them in their finished works????
The below samplers are by Lousie Frances

Embellishment
In the course I teach is a unit called embellishment in which we cover a great variety of embellishments - beading, cords, tassels, fringes, braids, motifs, stitch and more...
So below are some of the 'bits' that the students have produced - samplers for their folders.
